IndexAtlas Art Industry Fund aims to build and finance the future pillars of the Art Industry (the industry involved in the creation, sale, distribution, display, promotion, marketing and development of art and art-related products) through targeted industry-related private equity investments in Art Industry Companies (companies whose business model is significantly dependent upon and structured around serving the Art Industry and its participants) with significant growth potential.

On a more limited basis, IndexAtlas Art Industry Fund will trade and invest in the shares of Art Stocks - publicly traded companies involved in the Art Industry. Although the Art Industry is largely comprised of unlisted companies, a handful of publicly traded companies do exist and more are anticipated to develop in the near future. Some of the publicly-traded companies have a relatively inactive market for their stock due to the nature of the Art Industry itself. In such cases the Fund applies private equity investment criteria and approaches in selecting and dealing with these public companies.

IndexAtlas Group has the benefit of on-the-ground research regarding the Art Industry through one of its affiliates, Skate's Art Investors' Service, an art investment research company and art market information provider based in New York City. Over the past few years Skate's has watched a select list of stocks, dubbed Skate's Art Stocks, whose performance Skate's follows and analyzes.

IndexAtlas Art Industry Fund is available to Qualified Institutional Buyers only (including high net worth individuals capable of sourcing independent advice on their decision to invest in our fund). It is a closed-end fund with semi-annual redemptions and a minimum investment of USD 1,000,000.
