Sergey Skaterschikov was elected to the Board of Directors of OAO NUTRINVESTHOLDING, the holding company of Nutritek Group.

The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of OAO NUTRINVESTHOLDING held on January 11, 2010 elected nine Board members including Sergey Azatyan, Gueorgui Vassilev, Konstantin Malofeev, Alexey Makhnev, Georgy Sazhinov, Sergey Skaterschikov, Dmitry Skuratov, Pavel Teplukhin and Thomas P. Krasner. Sergey Skaterschikov was elected as an independent director of the Board.
