IndexAtlas Group, a private equity group based in New York and Moscow, has sold all of its shares in Noviy Disc Group. The buyer and terms of the transaction are not disclosed, the transaction itself remains subject to the first refusal right of the Noviy Disc Group existing shareholders.

Simultaneously, Sergey Skaterschikov, IndexAtlas Group CEO has resigned from the position of the Chairman of the Board. Sergey has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Noviy Disc Group when IndexAtlas arranged for private equity financing to Noviy Disc Group in summer 2008, the largest private equity financing transaction in Russian gaming industry at that time.

"We have our strategic priorities shifting elsewhere and thought it was a right time to disengage with Noviy Disc Group at this stage", commented Michael J. Moriarty, IndexAtlas Group Chairman.
