Forbes Russia and Nesprosta.ru, a leading provider of objective data on Moscow real estate, announced today the release of their joint project - a monthly rating of "The Top 100 Most Expensive Apartment Buildings in Moscow."

The rating is based on Moscow real estate classified ads collected by Nesprosta.ru and includes only verified offers that are valid during rating month. The criterion used in compiling the rating is the average price per square meter based on the total floor space of the apartment listed for sale.

At the top of the November ranking is Pozharsky Lane 11, which is located in the neighborhood of Ostozhenka. The price per square meter in this building reaches $50,000. The top ten buildings in the November rating include four on Molochny Lane, which joins Pozharsky Lane, thus confirming the highly prestigious image of the neighborhood. Luxury apartments for sale in the November rating are also located on the following streets: Malaya Bronnaya, 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya, Bolshaya Yakimanka and Kosygina.
