IndexAtlas Group, New York and Moscow based private equity and strategic advisory firm, has announced today that it has increased its ownership interest from 70% to 100% by purchasing 30% ownership interest in Nepsrosta.ru from original co-investor and minority shareholder of Nesprosta.ru.

Nesprosta.ru is the leading supplier of residential real estate data and background check services in the Moscow market and has leading local real estate agents, portals, classified services and consumer marketing companies among its customers.

Simultaneously, Nesprosta.ru has announced signing of a strategic five years data outsourcing partnership with Sotheby's International Realty Moscow Franchise ("SIR Moscow") to provide SIR Moscow with customized residential real estate market data and research services. SIR Moscow reopens to Moscow and Moscow Region market with two offices in January, 2011 and will make Nesprosta.ru data and residential background check services available to its agents and customers.
