When investing from the StockAccess capital pool, we do it in the context of at least three years’ engagement with the investment target, while the team at IndexAtlas commits to designing and executing corporate build-up and liquidity event strategy for the business owner(s). At IndexAtlas Group we always place our representatives on the board and we are closely engaged with the companies we invest in via the StockAccess private equity arm.

When investing from the DEITS capital pool, IndexAtlas takes origination ideas from DEITS sponsors and advises them to focus on the industries and geographies with which they are most familiar. The IndexAtlas team subjects these origination ideas to a stringent research and investment analysis test and recommends deals together with risk mitigation strategies, always preserving the alignment of the commercial interests of IndexAtlas with DEITS capital sponsors.
