In 2005, we invested in Independence Group and assisted in corporate build-up and ownership structure change leading to the arrival of professional investors (Goldman Sachs, Alfa Capital Partners and A1) in 2007. We largely exited this investment but remain an option holder.

In 2005, we invested in KunstAM GmbH, acquiring it from Austrian hedge fund red-stars.com data AG and rebuilding it as the master licence holder for selected Eastern European markets of Austrian listed online entertainment firm bwin.com AG. In 2007, we successfully exited this investment.

StockAccess, the venture capital arm of IndexAtlas Group, currently invests in three Internet ventures: Sporing - an innovative online entertainment platform, Nesprosta - an online real estate classifieds and property reporting service, and Skate Press - an independent art investment research and reporting service.
