Michael J. Moriarty
President

Michael has been a practicing business lawyer and an adviser to varied businesses for over twenty years with a particular focus on finance and M&A. He initially worked as a finance attorney with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and then practiced law at several highly regarded law firms in New York City. Since 1993, Michael has represented, served on the board of directors and advised a number of companies that conduct business in the United States, Russia, Eastern Europe and India.

Michael is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law (Executive Editor of the Law Review) and New York University School of Law.

Sergey Skaterschikov
Founder, CEO

Sergey Skaterschikov is a financier with 15 years' experience in the investment markets and on the boards of private and public companies. He has also been the founder and/or the chief executive of multiple start-ups in media, data and technology sectors.

Sergey has held senior management level and non-executive board positions at several of Russia's top companies. Before founding IndexAtlas, Sergey was the Director of a leading international investment bank, managing major IPO, M&A deals and strategic advisory. During his career Sergey has advised over 25 transactions across Russia, Europe and United States.

Sergey graduated from Moscow State University in 1994 with a degree in American Studies. He started his first business - Skate Press - at the age of 20 in 1992, while still an undergraduate. In 1994, Sergey received the "Best Young Businessman of the Year in Central Europe" award from the Wall Street Journal. Sergey holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

In 2001, Sergey established IndexAtlas.

Ilya Sokolovsky
Group CFO

Ilya has over 15 years' experience as a financial advisor with a focus on business planning, competition analysis, internal control and financial strategies. He also benefits from extensive entrepreneurial experience in start-up and expansion stage companies. Ilya is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of all the IndexAtlas' corporate finance transactions.

Markus Huber
Managing Director, Continental Europe

Markus studied philosophy, art history, history and political science at the Universities of Salzburg, Vienna and Naples. His track record includes the Austrian Parliament and Government as well as Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ORF. Markus was Managing Director with Nofrontiere Design AG, one of the leading Austrian web development companies. In 2003 he founded Collettiva Design GmbH and keeps involvement with it in a capacity of Managing Director.

Markus is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of the IndexAtlas' arrangements in Central and Eastern Europe.

Valentin Korinevsky
Managing Director

Valentin has over 15 years' entrepreneurial experience in start-up and expansion stage companies, with a focus on IT and Internet strategies.

Simon Vidrevich
Managing Director

Simon has a vast experience not only in private equity deals but also in structuring investment projects for the public and government sector.

Anna Saderman
Director

Anna has over six years' experience as an equity analyst for a consulting agency and another five years' experience as a financial controller for a private investment company.

Anna joined IndexAtlas in 2008 and has since been involved in most of the company's business development and consulting projects.
